Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product if they wish to return or report an issue. Any request made after this period may not be accepted. This timeframe ensures fairness and helps us maintain product quality standards.
Certain items are strictly non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. These include skincare items, beauty products, personal care items, undergarments, food products, or any sealed package opened by the customer. If you receive a damaged, broken, faulty, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours with clear video proof recorded at the time of unboxing. Without video evidence, we may not be able to process your complaint. In cases where the mistake is from our side, we will offer a replacement or an exchange at no extra cost. If the exact item is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a full refund, depending on the situation.
If a customer selects the wrong size, variant, or product, it will not be considered our fault, and such orders will not qualify for a refund. In certain cases, we may allow an exchange if the product is still in perfect condition, but the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges both ways. Approval is subject to availability and internal policies.
Refunds are only approved after we have received and inspected the returned product. Our team carefully checks the item to verify that it matches the claimed issue and is in original condition. Refund approval is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to reject refunds if the product is damaged, worn, altered, incomplete, or returned without following the guidelines.
Once your refund is approved, it may take 7–14 business days for the amount to be processed. The timeframe may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used during purchase unless otherwise specified. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be provided through bank transfer or store credit only.
Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. If a customer returns a product for personal reasons (such as change of mind, dislike, wrong choice), the cost of return shipping will be borne entirely by the customer. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the shipping charges.
Exchanges are allowed only once per order and only for eligible products. Returned items must pass inspection before an exchange is processed. Exchanges depend on availability. If the required item is unavailable, customers may opt for store credit or another product of equal value. Exchanges are not allowed for sale items or non-returnable categories.

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. Once processed or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. COD orders that are refused upon delivery may affect the customer's future ordering eligibility.
If your parcel is missing an item or contains the wrong product, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery along with clear unboxing video proof. We will verify and send the correct item or offer a resolution.
Customers must ensure proper packaging of the product when returning it. Any damage caused during return shipping will be the customer's responsibility and may affect refund approval. Please keep the courier receipt and tracking number until the return is fully processed.
